A mother asked his boy "Do you like your lunchbox today?" The boy replied "Yes!".
As the boy grows older each day and becomes more vocal, he begins to ask "Can you make Lion, Panda, Dinosaur, Giraffe....etc??". Next, he just asks you to keep it simple or no cute stuff because he has already grown up......

Braised Ee Fu Noodles
Bento No. 69
This is the first time I prepared braised Ee Fu noodles for my boy with oyster sauce, dried shitaki mushroom, diced chicken breast, carrot and spring onion. Ee-Fu noodles is supposed to cook with yellow chives and mushroom traditionally. I did not buy yellow chives during my marketing trip last Sunday as it is a last minute decision. In fact, I bought the Ee Fu noodles from a grocery shop near my neighbourdhood yesterday only. Then I throw in some edamame and also french bean stick to make letters out of it. His name of course ! :) His usual fruits i.e. strawberry and grapes. Can you see the pink flamingo I pictured on top of the lunchbox?
