Inside-Out salmon sushi

There is a packet of seaweed flakes in my fridge which I bought it some time ago. I decided to make inside-out salmon sushi with Japanese cucumber and sprinkled the seaweed flakes on the white rice instead of the usual sesame seeds.  Some edamame on the satay stick..  And a basket of fruits of black grapes and a strawberry with a little piggie and some musical notes foodpicks in the middle of the lunchbox.  Hehe, I'm trying to create a different 'feel' and interesting way to eat for my son.
